The Merger

In April 2021 the Partners of Fairseas Average Adjusters Ltd. and Marine Adjusting Solutions Inc. (MAS) merged their two companies in a move regarded as beneficial to both companies.  The aim of the merged company is to create an adjusting company with the experience and expertise in depth which could offer a high level of service to both Shipowners as well as the marine insurance markets in general.  Importantly to train young talent in the profession in order that a high level of service be maintained in the future.

Fairseas and MAS were both located in Glyfada and the companies merged into one office in Glyfada and also established a new office in the heart of Piraeus.  In Greece, the merged company will operate under the name Marine Adjusting Solutions Inc.  An associated office is located in London, Blue Seas Adjusters.

The merged company has a team of 10 Adjusters of which 7 will operate from the main office in Glyfada, 2 from the Piraeus Office and 1 in the UK.  A consultant will also operate in the UK. Experienced support staff will also work from the 2 offices in Greece.
